1. The Service
Supermagin Ai ("Supermagin", "we", "us") provides a self-serve software platform for automated AI model evaluation, benchmarking, analysis, diagnostics, and observability. You connect your own AI models (bring your own key, "BYOK"), create tasks and datasets, run benchmarks and live sessions, and the software automatically analyzes model behavior, outputs, and results in your workspace. Paid plans are recurring software subscriptions: you purchase access to the platform, which you operate yourself. Evaluation and analysis are performed by Supermagin software. The subscriptions do not include consulting, manual audits, custom development, or other human professional services. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and represent that you have authority to do so.
2. Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Because the Service is BYOK, you control and are responsible for the model API keys and endpoints you connect, the tasks and datasets you upload, and any costs you incur from your own providers. Do not upload data you do not have the right to process, and do not evaluate models you are not authorized to test.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to: - Violate any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights. - Upload malicious code, probe, or attack the Service or third parties. - Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written consent. - Misrepresent benchmark or evaluation results (e.g. publishing manipulated scores). - Interfere with other users' accounts or data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are recurring software subscriptions billed through Polar, our merchant of record. Polar is used solely to process payments for these three software subscriptions: Starter, Pro, and Team. What you receive is digital access to the Supermagin platform, which you operate yourself. Subscriptions renew automatically at the monthly interval you selected until cancelled. Prices and limits for each plan are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice. You can cancel or change your plan through your billing settings or the Polar customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. See our Refund Policy for refunds. These subscriptions provide access to digital software functionality only. They do not include, and are not sold as, consulting, manual audits, custom development, or other human professional services.
5. Your Data & Outputs
You retain all rights to the models, tasks, datasets, and results you submit. We process this data solely to operate the Service (executing runs, generating analysis, and (when you choose to publish) displaying it publicly). Published leaderboard results are public by design; private runs are never shown publicly.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and the mathematical analysis tooling, is owned by Supermagin and licensed to you for your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of analysis results or fitness for a particular purpose. Model evaluation results depend on the tasks and data you provide; we do not guarantee any particular outcome or ranking.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supermagin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or extended non-use. On termination, access to paid features ends at the end of the current billing period unless terminated for breach.
10. Changes & Contact
