Refund Policy

Last updated: August 3, 2026

1. Merchant of record

Supermagin subscriptions are processed by Polar, our payment provider and merchant of record. Polar handles payment collection, taxes, and invoicing on our behalf.

2. The 14-day refund window

If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, consistent with Polar's standard refund terms. To request one, contact support through the studio or via Polar's customer portal.

3. What is refundable

Refunds are available for the current billing charge on a plan you purchased but did not use. Because the Service is bring-your-own-key, token/usage costs you incur with your own model providers are billed by those providers and are not refundable by us.

4. Renewals & cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings (Settings → Billing → cancel) or the Polar customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Automatic renewals can be refunded if requested within 14 days and before significant use. These plans are software subscriptions: what you receive is digital access to the Supermagin platform. Refunds apply to the subscription charge, not to costs you incur with your own model providers.

5. How to request a refund

Contact us through the studio or at the support email shown in your account, and include the email address used for the purchase. We or Polar will process valid refund requests to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after approval.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined for accounts that have abused the Service, engaged in chargeback abuse, or purchased under circumstances inconsistent with these Terms. Polar's standard terms apply where they differ.
